$515 Early bird                                   $600 standard

Includes: digital class photo, reunion bag, campus tours, entry to presentations, research sessions and session catering (Friday morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, Saturday morning tea and Sunday Lunch). Also entry to Med Revue, Med Cafe and Gala Dinner.

Conference only 

$165 Early bird                                    $200 standard

$80 Student Early bird                         $100 Student standard 

Includes: Same as above but does not include the Med Revue, Med Cafe or Gala Dinner


Add an event to Conference only:

Thursday Med Café         $50 Early bird            $60 Standard

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend an Event, you can either send someone else in your place, or cancel your attendance in accordance with these terms.

1. If you send another person in your place to an Event:

(a) you must notify us in writing at events@otago.ac.nz at least 7 days before the Event begins; and

(b) that person must agree to, and will be bound by, the terms and conditions (detailed on registration).

2. If you wish to cancel your attendance at an Event, you must notify us in writing at events@otago.ac.nz as soon as possible. If you notify us:

(a) at least 14 days before the Event begins, we will refund the event price less a 10% administration fee; or

(b) less than 14 days before the Event begins, you will not be entitled to any refund from us, provided that if cancellation is for any reason beyond your control we may, in our discretion, refund the event price less a 10% administration fee.
