COVID-19 alert levels

Te reo Māori

Since Utaina! is being held in Dunedin, the COVID-19 Alert Level in Dunedin will determine whether and how it will run.

If Dunedin is at Alert Level 1, Utaina! will be held as planned and will be open to any interested attendees.

If Dunedin is at Alert Level 2, Utaina! will still proceed, but only registered participants and speakers will be able to attend in person and attending via Zoom may be recommended for some.

If Dunedin is at Alert Level 3 or 4, Utaina! will be postponed to a later date.

Contact tracing

If you are attending Utaina! in person, for all or part of the day, you will need to use at least one of the below contract tracing methods.

  1. Sign in to the University's wireless network.
  2. Scan the QR codes with the NZ COVID tracer app.
  3. Sign in on the paper registers provided.

Connecting to the wireless network is strongly recommended as this allows movements within buildings to be tracked. If you are a visitor to the University, you can find information about connecting to the UO_Guest Network here.
