Lecture and poster presenters information

Poster presenters should bring their posters (A0 or smaller) with them on day 1, as they can be put straight up on the poster boards. Posters will be on display throughout the conference, but must be down by the end of afternoon tea on Friday 3 February, as the boards will be removed after that, whilst we are in the final session of lectures.

Speakers are requested to bring their powerpoint slides on memory sticks, and to load these during the break prior to their session (or earlier), as both of these actions will help to facilitate smooth transitions between speakers. Thanks. This big, sloped, theatre has excellent facilities, including lapel microphones which all should wear please.
